0 stars! ( only reason i put 1 is because google doesnt let you do 0). The staff at this walmart are completely RUDE aside from Dr Grace Anosike who was the only person who went above and beyond to help me with insurance logistics. The girl with the multi colored hair needs an attitude adjustment and the guy with the glasses doesnt bother to check in with customers. I went in to ask if they had any availability for a contact lense fitting and had to wait 20 minutes just to ASK. The only reason they even acknowledged or answered me is because i had to ask out loud if they had any appointments. The girl then smugly said “you’re looking for a contact fitting today? Ha we only had a doctor here on weekdays”. During a previous visit i inquired about putting lenses into a frame i brought in and again she very rudely told me they would not work with my prescription ( which i later found out from Visionworks was not true) . If you like dealing with people who make you feel like you’re a bother and simply can’t take the time to answer your questions or explain things to you like professionals this is your place. Otherwise go see my girls at the Visionworks in Saugus, MA… now that was REAL customer service and professionalism.
