I absolutely do NOT recommend going if Danasia is working!! I went there for a walk-in appointment (as advertised on their website that they do them). I got there at the same time as another customer/family. Danasia says hi to the other customer and didn't even acknowledge me for like 5-10 min (no "I'll be with you" or anything). Another customer comes in after me. When I'm finally acknowledged I let Danasia know that I wanted to get my eyes checked. She let me know they don't do walk-ins and hands me card to schedule online or call the number (instead of offering to make me an appointment since I was already physically there?!?). I let her know that the online appointment service wasn't working (I tried the night prior and it said to call in). Danasia said ok and then helps the customer who came in AFTER me, checking them in the system getting the their glasses from the back room to pick up, waits for their approval, etc. She goes back to the 1st customer and doesn't pay me any mind though I'm standing right by the desk. The first customer is trying on the glasses they ordered AND trying on new glasses to order, and Danasia is just watching them. This would've been a perfect time to schedule me for an appointment. After about 15 min I'm just fed up. I ask how much longer to make an appointment and Danasia says 15 more min. I said I need to wait 15 more minutes to make an appointment?? It takes 35 minutes to make an appointment?!? I was just so annoyed that I said never mind and just left the store. If it takes 35 min to make an appointment, imagine how long your actual appointment would take. Go to a different Walmart vision store

Dora was soooo helpful. She was honest about the glasses that looked better on me. She was very patient as I had a hard time picking out frames. Very nice experience working with her.
Worst Walmart ever. When purchasing a Ps5 I asked for help from employees and they never came back to assist me with unlocking the items. After searching for a manager I was able to get her to find one of the employees who darted to the stock room after only about 20 minutes. On another occasion I had a return, I purchased an item from Easton Md and they were not fresh but had a good expiration date. The lady at the return counter was ruder and asked me why I purchased it it it was bad, like I knew. Then proceeded to ask “why I didn’t take it back to Easton?” Never again!
I’ve been going to Dr Knarr since 2009 when he started. He’s always been excellent. Now my son sees him and I’m very happy to have access to a doctor the family feels comfortable seeing.
If I could give this Walmart 0 stars..I would! Just left Walmart at 10:50 pm the cashier didn't have change, the CSM left at 10:00 with no one having keys to get change! The cashier asked another team member for change, they began to argue in the middle of the floor because she kept saying, "I'm not a CSM , she left at 10:00 with no one to cover the front...I have to find keys". Then she got mad and said, "good night" and left. Apparently the cashier has been asking for change for quite some time and the CSM didn't give it to her prior to her leaving. I heard another cashier say, "now you know she leaves at exactly 10:00". The cashier proceeded to tell me I would have to get on another line.. after I waited in this line... negative! Ring me up and I'll give you exact change My experience tonight was terrible! There is no way a manager should leave a store without direction for their staff! Team members should not argue on the floor, regardless of the situation. If you want to retain customers, you have to provide better customer service and that starts from management. This would have all been resolved if a front end manager was available.
