I made an appointment at the direction of the person at the vision counter. I wanted to buy new glasses. At my appointment 5/28/2026 The associates were very rude, they got mad because the person who scheduled me did it wrong and I didn’t even need the appointment after all just to buy glasses. The associate “in training “ gave me attitude and said “why would you want to use your insurance to buy glasses? Absolutely rude and was rude to others while I was waiting. Too bad…

Kathryn McCampbell the lady that did my eye exam was amazing, she was super nice and attentive and made it super easy to ask questions, the best eye doctor i’ve personally ever come across, would definitely come here again just to have her do my eye exams again !!!

Refused to give me my PD measurements. I was told corporate won’t allow them to give it out so people will have to buy frames from here. If y’all want people to buy these glasses GET BETTER AFFORABLE GLASSES! I will get my pair that my insurance covered but this will be the last time I go to Walmart for glasses!! UPDATE got my PD without Walmart and found affordable sunglasses!

Krista the older lady continues to be rude and very unprofessional. She makes everything difficult for the customers. She has a very bad attitude all the time you go to the store, and when you ask to speak to the manager she also seems to take her side without taking the time to at least listen to you. Don’t waste your time or money with them, go to the Liberty store instead. The Libery store manager is always nice and very professional.

Contact lens wearers: if you have other options, go there. Doc is fine and nice, but it will take 4-6 visits and several months to get contacts ordered. If you must go, get your prescription and order elsewhere. I have worn contacts for over 30 years, I have never had such difficulty getting lenses.
