My experience is I love my glasses because it was a pair of sunglasses and it was very useful for me outside

Went in to have the pads on my glasses replaced. Now suddenly I have a scratch on one side of the glass. They made sure I knew that there was no recourse if something happened to my glasses

I brought my daughter here for her first vision exam. The optician who did the initial assessment was patient with my daughter and had a calming demeanor. The optometrist was mild mannered and communicated well with both of us. And the store manager(possibly an optician as well) had a great grasp of the pricing and insurance information. She was also very compassionate with my daughter, who was distressed about needing to wear glasses. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend!
