This is crazy I was just told that I could get my glasses on my insurance now all the sudden today she telling me that is not in network how the hell it was only a week now it’s something else and they don’t.care what a waste of time I took to pick out my frames and yesterday they couldn’t find my information but today they can and won’t even give me what they said bs never use them the dr didn’t even introduce himself to me very cold and distant and his assistant

The eye doctor Darla L, who did my exam was very unprofessional. The exam took about 5 minutes, she prescribed me the wrong contacts which resulted in awful migraines. She also took back the contact solution that was given to me. Worst service ever, would not recommend. I had to drive to W Elmsley dr in Greensboro to Dr. My Li who did an outstanding job, and gave me extra lenses and was very professional and friendly.
