The vision center was amazing helping us! My husband got his glasses taken and they were so understanding in getting us a new pair. Their behaviors were great, the communication was great. Definitely would recommend getting services done here!
I went all over town shopping eyeglasses and I have to say hands down Walmart vision and glasses at 17 and Western blvd had the best customer service. They were super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. I felt like they listened to what I was saying and gave great advice. I found great looking eye glasses for the better price. You should know they are a separate business than the vision doctor clinic next door and not related. I actually visited both Walmart vision and glasses here in town and both had great service but ended up getting them at this one on hwy 17. I will happily and definitely go back when I need my next pair of glasses. 5 stars for them!!! JO
While on vacation, my sister broke her glasses. We came into the store and two wonderful women one named Lee Lee and the other name cat took care of us. I have to tell you it felt like home they were so warm and inviting and did everything they could to find my sister exactly what she needed on a day when she was scattered and upset they calmed us down. They took care of us and we all got hugs when we left. I wish there were more people in the world like these two lovely ladies.
Chris Chiras has helped me tremendously and found the right frame for my eye wear needs. I enjoy my new glasses and I love the color. Chris was very helpful and nice during my experience at Walmart vision center. Couldn’t asked for a better person to assist me.
This was my first time purchasing glasses from this location. I was a little hesitant because I love the employees at the New Bern Walmart Vision & Glasses and I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Jacksonville location. One of/the manager helped me order a much needed new pair of sunglasses. He was friendly and helpful. My husband and I talked to him for about 10 minutes after picking my glasses out. During my pick up (12/30 around 1730), one of the gals working had a super bubbly personality. This staff was just as awesome as the New Bern team that I am used to. I will be back to this location for another pair when my insurance resets for the year!
