Walmart Vision Center

I was not able to book online which i thought was odd . So then I called to schedule and found the staff that was helping me to be condescending and rude. For no reason either, as I started the conversation with an introduction and asked how they were. It was clear was struggling a little bit and I was surprised at the sharpness of the tone she was taking with me. All for me to be out of network, without a single apology, felt like she couldn’t wait for me to hang up.

I wanted to take a minute and share the experience I have had with this store! Aaron and Yvonne deserve recognition. THey both assisted me through the entire process. The female Dr I seen was great as well. Aaron help me in the beginning dealing with my insurance, and both ladies help during the process of picking out glasses that best suited me! They all took good care of me in a professional manner, and I thank them! I hope that management knows the gems that have here. Just a breath of fresh air to find great assistance.

Excellent service every time! The doctrine staff are amazing and take care of your every need! Nikon lenses and frames that are affordable and still very fashionable. I've been customer for 3 years now this team put your needs first and helps you be mindful of your bank account!

My experience here was great. Booked an appointment ahead of time, when I got there I filled out some forms and waited for the doctor. A couple minutes went by and I got examined right away with no problems as the doctor asked me a couple questions. After that another staff member went through my insurance and the paperwork and we were able to pcik a pair of frames and the details of the estimate. Jon was super helpful and transparent about the cost of everything and picking the right frames for me. I was done after 40 minutes and walked out with my prescription with no problems
