I have to say that Josh went above and beyond his pay and deserves a raise after this past Saturday night, 04-18-26. He was bombarded with 4 or 5 customers literally fifteen minutes before closing. He patiently helped everyone and with a smile. No sighing or rolling his eyes. With respect and no attitude he gave everybody a happy weekend! Every employee I've encountered has been great. Friendly and pleasant. And what a great selection of inventory, more than most places. The prices are fair as well, so much so that the three of us all got multiple pairs. And, I picked out two more frames while I was waiting Saturday night. He said no problem, no worries and hooked me up! Love this place and way to go Josh!!!! Thank you!!

My daughter has gone here for the last year and each time we are in there the staff seems so overwhelmed and are rushing around. I even asked one time while I was in there getting a new lens popped in her glasses if he could also tighten them up because they keep falling off her face and the gentleman said he couldn't do that and said I would have to make another appointment. Recently my older son has had vision problems so I called on THURSDAY Oct 23rd to set it up. The same gentleman ( he has a very distinct voice) was super rushed on the phone and acting like he was trying to hurry up and get off. He said they were about 2 weeks out for appointments but would see what the earliest was. He said, " okay he's all set for NEXT WEDNESDAY at 4:30" (Oct 29th). So I hung up, drove my son there the next Wednesday, walk up to the counter where I saw only 2 other people waiting to be seen, and said " hi we are here for his appointment" once again he was running around like a spaz acting like I was inconveniencing him for even being there and he said okay. Let me look it up in the computer. He then proceeds to say " no, he doesn't" and I stared at him in confusion and said what do you mean? Then he says" he doesn't have an appointment today, it was last Wednesday the 22nd" and so I was super confused and said " well that's weird because I called on last Thursday to set it up which is the day after you're saying the appointment was for and whoever on the phone said next Wednesday" instead of apologizing for the confusion, offering to try and fit us in after those two people sitting there, or having any customer service, he stared at me like he was super annoyed and like I was in the wrong and he said" there's nothing I can do about it. The only thing I can do is set up another appointment." So I then got irritated and looked up my phone log to show him the proof that I called last Thursday at exactly 4:38 p.m. to set this appointment up and it was impossible that his appointment could have been the day before I even called. He once again with an attitude said there was nothing he could do about it except making other appointment and rushed me because other people like were there. So I proceeded to tell him that I would just call back. I guess. Normally I do not say things or send my food back if someone gets it wrong etc. But I had had enough of people in this world not being able to do simple jobs correctly and pay attention to simple details and also act like the customer is in the wrong without offering at least an apology. So I stood there in the doorway with my son not knowing what to do and was waiting while the other two women were helping others to see if I could talk to the manager. So another woman comes from the back in comes up to me and asked if I need help and I say "who's in charge here?" And then everyone turns around and looks at me, although I'm still being calm at this point, and she looks around as if I'm causing some big scene and gets an attitude with me and says" ma'am, we're all busy with people right now. If you need help you're going to have to go over there and wait to talk to that gentleman" which is the same gentleman that just told me I was SOL. So I stated in front of everyone, that there really isn't anything they can do I guess besides making a new appointment. But I just wanted everyone in there to know that whoever is going to answer the phone needs to make sure they schedule people correctly. Needless to say they have lost our business which included my husband, my daughter and could have been my other son and we will not be going back.
I always feel welcome and comfortable in this office. I love the staff and the doctor. He definitely knows what he's doing and he does it fast! Highly recommend!
I was skeptical about going to Walmart for my eye care, but not anymore. The staff were great and funny. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in laymen’s terms, so it was easy to understand how my prescription changed. Very helpful and I had a great time at a doctor’s visit??? Highly recommend. And for all you haters with the lousy 1 reviews. Dude it was Covid. Please….
I was blindsided for the fact that they charged me a $35 fee for a 3D test exam that they've never done before and they knew Most insurances do not pay for this exam but yet they force you to pay it out of your own pocket which they've never done before And I was told you're not allowed to opt out of this test And when you're expecting your insurance to pay for the whole cost and they turn around and say they want their $35 out of you then that means the test probably isn't needed or else the insurance would pay for it . I'm updating this review as of August 2025, Walmart vision sends me a bill for an additional $20 for services I told them I didn't want that the insurance wouldn't pay for but these morons went ahead and send this bill to the insurance for $20 thinking that my insurance would pay for . Well, it didn't. Now I have to pay for services that I never asked for nor did.I want. So you might think about going somewhere else That won't rip you off and steal money. from you.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
