Walmart Vision Center

I set appointment during busy season of back to school. The appointment time was two weeks so if you don’t want to wait don’t do it during back to school. Doctor is patient, kind and caring. The staff is friendly and offers great advice on frames. They make you feel important and comfortable.

Today a young lady did an excellent job cleaning, tightening, and replacing the nose pieces on my fathers glasses. The store is going through a remodel which makes things challenging for not only customers but employees. I’m sorry I didn’t get the employees name. She was friendly & very helpful.

Walked in to see if I could put new lenses on some frames I purchased. Joanna took very good care of me and was able to recommend some of the best lenses for my frames. I also had a question about insurance covering a pair of glasses and she was able to completely get a pair covered under my warranty. Really happy with my experience with Joanna. She is very kind and helping. Will be back

Usually don’t have a problem But this last time is not so great Got new glasses and the lenses are not right!! They are give me a very hard time on making them right. They keep on telling me to come back later after I wore them awhile. I don’t need to wear them awhile longer the lenses are wrong! Someone please help What are they waiting for? For the 60 days to expire so they don’t have to fix them under the grace period!!!

I’ve been going to the Walmart East Greenville vision center for many years and I just want to give a shoutout to the girls in the front, Tina and Janelle, who have helped me from the beginning through all the eye doctors that have been there. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the right frames and fit. The whole reason I keep going there is because of their outstanding customer service. They really care, which is hard to find these days. I’m truly grateful to have them. 🤓❤️
