Fantastic experience !! Ayres gave us unbelievable customer service . She took the time to listen to our needs and offered good, better and best solutions . We had visited Americas Best ( not really the best ) and seemed to get the run around . Ayers Bonneau took the time to listen and offered my wife a couple of options that made sense . Thanks so much for having her a part of a winning team . Call Walmart Vision on Dorchester Road and ask for Ayers , you can’t go wrong .

Best Walmart vision I’ve been to! Been to multiple in Miami and in Charleston! Leslie was very quick and customer service oriented to get my new glasses fixed! Awesome store !
Nope. I used to go here every year, then the Doc retired. I went this year and was fitted for glasses with lenses so bad they had purple fringing around objects (chromatic aberration. I ended up returning them. The staff was also new, and not very personable. I won't be back.
This Vision Center is not affiliated with Walmart at all, this is a Private Company, this statement is actually on your receipt. Poor Customer Service, and the Non Welcoming of Active Duty Military Personnel and their families is not a Company I want continue doing business with! Update! Wed, 0ct 14, 2020 Okay, so my Glasses finally come in today, after 2-1/2 weeks. But guess what, they're the bent up Try-On Frames that I specifically told them I didn't want. When I tried them on I noticed right away how bent up they were because they were lopsided on my face. However they assured me that the Glasses are shipped from their warehouse, and that they don't use the Try-On Frames in the store for actual orders. Anyway, This Vision Center was willing to sell me these Bent up Shaquille Oneal Frames at Regular Price. Don't get me wrong, I love the Shaq Line of Frames Vision Center has, and I'm gonna order another pair, just not at this location. Nevertheless, I did get my money refunded to my Card. I think an Employee Customer Service Evaluation is long overdue at this store, I'm sure it's affecting business, because I have no plans of going back there. (Below are pictures of the Frames after attempting to bend them back.)
Called to make appointment and woman says "sorry your breaking up" and click!!! Hangs up on me. Will never go here again or send any family or friends EVER!! The most rudest I've ever seen in my life.
