Today, at the Vision Center at Walmart on Silber, I had the best experience I've ever had getting new glasses. That's really saying something coming from a senior adult who has worn glasses since she was 10 years old! I was greeted by Blessing, whose name definitely suits her. She was warm, welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find frames that looked great and fit comfortably. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely cared for. It's rare these days to receive customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, but Blessing and the staff, particularly John, with whom I had spoken with at length over the phone prior to deciding to use this Vision Center, exceeded all of my expectations. That phone call with John, and my time spent with Blessing, both left me with big smiles on my face and confidence that I made the right choice going there. Thanks Blessing and John! Not only are you great at your jobs, you're just lovely people. It was pleasure! I'll definitely be back!
