I had a wonderful experience yesterday thanks to Yvonne! She is a certified optician and it absolutely shows in her work. She was incredibly kind, took her time helping me, and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, and she made sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service… highly recommend asking for Yvonne!
Natalie helped me so much! I came in because I had broken my frame arm and she received me with a polite smile and quickly helped me out ! She also offered to clean them. Glasses are now just like new thank you! ☺️

I had a wonderful experience at this Walmart optical center. The entire staff was courteous and attentive. Alex provided excellent service and took substantial time to help me find the right pair of frames for my complex prescription. As a first time progressive lens user, he provided guidance to ensure I would be happy with the final product. The glasses I received were of excellent quality and I highly recommend this optical center for your eye care needs!
We went in for my 3 year olds very 1st pair of glasses, and the service was phenomenal. Alex and, I believe the supervisors name was Norma, were very kind and helpful. Alex informed us about the types of glasses and what we are looking forward to when my child is older. Both of them were very welcoming, my child for a moment got discouraged about wearing glasses and they boosted his confidence all over again. Just the service alone - we will be returning for our glasses and contacts for our entire family.
