Amazing service at Premier Optical. Everyone was super kind, helpful, and professional. I went in for a simple repair and they fixed it quickly and easily without even charging me. They made the whole experience stress-free and were very welcoming the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I had an amazing experience with Mr. Leonel when he repaired my broken glasses and added my new prescription. He was professional, patient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. My glasses were damaged, and I honestly didn’t think they could be fixed, but he repaired them perfectly and made sure my new prescription was done correctly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything fit comfortably before I left. My glasses feel brand new again, and I can see clearly without any issues. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Mr. Leonel to anyone who needs their glasses repaired or updated with a new prescription.
