I bought my first pair of glasses here, and was a bit overwhelmed by all the details I had to go through. The manager Diana helped me understand my prescription, go through the details and pick the right frames and lens. She was very patient, informative and easy to communicate. Also I they made sure my glasses arrived a but early cause I was leaving the city for a while. Great customer service!

Diana was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient with us and took the time to clearly explain what would be best for my son’s sports glasses. She made the whole process easy and reassuring. If you have the chance to work with her, you’ll be in the best hands. Highly recommend!

We always shop for our glasses here because they have a great selection and friendly staff. This past time we had a few bumps in the road with insurance. Lisa was super kind and helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue. She made some phone calls and had some paperwork faxed over and solved our issue quickly! Thank you Lisa! 10/10 recommend!

The vision team was very patient and helpful. Took the time to help my family of 4 even when they were busy and never rushed us. Very professional and helped us maximize our insurance benefits, will definitely be back for future service.
