Walmart Vision Center

I had an excellent experience at this Walmart Vision Center thanks to Steve. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time. He helped adjust my frames, answered several detailed questions about lenses and frame compatibility, and even pointed me toward another Walmart optical location with someone who could help with a specific lens issue. Steve clearly has a lot of experience in the optical field, and he treated me with real kindness and professionalism even though he was helping me with things that did not directly result in a sale that day. That kind of service is rare. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise, and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

I took my daughter to purchase glasses with her RX, the experience was AWESOME!! Steve had helped us order, he was super helpful but all other optical associates are always willing to help, the Manager William as well as Emiliana. I always order here and come if any thing is wrong with my glasses. Definitely won’t go anywhere else. Great customer service.!!!

I love this location. I came here to try it out, and I was completely satisfied. Emiliana Helped me and she had wonderful customer service for me and my children. We got three different pairs of glasses. She helped me with everything that had to do with my insurance and my prescription getting entered and adding on everything I wanted I would definitely recommend.

Steve was the sales associate who assisted me with searching for new frames and helping pair them with the progressive lenses I was looking for. He was patient, personable and made my whole experience easy. I came back to the Walmart Vision Center after years of going to TSO because of the wide selection of frames, their pricing and professional and knowledgeable people like Steve.
