Maria is the BEST employee I’ve ever had. I come to this location every few months to have her tighten up my glasses and just to speak and laugh with her. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. Give her a RAISE!!!💰
I went with my mom to get her glasses done, and we were helped by Verónica, who was incredibly patient and kind. She explained everything to us very calmly; she provided excellent service and comes highly recommended. My mom felt very comfortable because Verónica was able to speak with her in Spanish without me having to translate.
I had my first experience getting glasses with Ray, and it was truly excellent. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. The entire process felt smooth and unrushed—I was able to take my time and felt completely at ease. I’m genuinely excited to receive my new glasses and already look forward to my next visit!
I had a frustrating experience at first when trying to get glasses for my incarcerated brother. On a previous visit, an employee told me that I would be able to use his prescription, but when I came back, I was told it was expired and they could not help me. And the jail would not provide my brother with a new eye exam despite multiple requests, we were left trying to find another solution and I had to return again with my mom. On our third visit, we were assisted by Veronica. She took the time to listen to our situation and went the extra mile by speaking with her manager. She explained that after a certain age, prescriptions often do not change significantly and was willing to look into whether the prescription could still be used. Thanks to her effort and understanding, we were able to get my brother’s glasses ordered. I truly appreciate Veronica’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when others simply turned us away. She made a stressful situation much easier and provided excellent customer service. Employees like her make a real difference.
