I can’t thank Elsa enough for the amazing help she gave me and my husband with fixing our glasses. She was incredibly quick, super kind, and the fit is absolutely perfect now. Truly the best customer service experience we’ve had—thank you so much, Elsa!

I went to the Walmart Vision Center today just to pay for a pair of sunglasses—simple transaction, nothing complicated. I waited patiently in line while the clerk finished with the customers ahead of me. When they were done and it was clearly my turn, the associate completely bypassed me and started helping someone else who walked up. That other person wanted to chat about glasses options, prices, and whatever else, turning it into a long conversation while I stood there holding my sunglasses and ready to check out. No acknowledgment, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. I was polite and didn’t interrupt, but after several minutes of being ignored, it became obvious they had zero interest in helping the person who was actually next in line for a quick purchase. This is basic customer service 101—serve people in order, especially when someone’s just trying to pay and go. Instead, I felt invisible and disrespected. For a place like Walmart Vision Center that’s supposed to be convenient and affordable, this was straight-up disappointing and unprofessional. I ended up leaving without buying because I wasn’t going to beg for attention. Won’t be returning to this location for anything vision-related. Other customers deserve better.
Came into Repair my husband‘s glasses and Zoe from the Vision Center was able to fix them in less than a minute; something we had been trying for the longest time. She even cleaned the glasses!!! Awesome Walmart vision center rocks
Glad i got the warranty suggested. Timing was perfect in getting the frame replaced. Will purchase glasses here from now on. Good service. selection and pricing. Thanks Zoe
Aracelli was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as being a pleasure to work with. Will gladly come back to work with her whenever I have new optical needs!
