I had a 10/10 experience at the vision center. Ms.Nedra was very patient and kind with me. She made the experience breezy and comfortable, I’ll be sure to see her next year for my next set of frames.

Esperanza was great! The computers were down so she had to call insurance herself but she was on it and had me out in a timely manner. She’s really nice too. Got me some cute frames with my crazy prescription for half the price here compared to a pair where I got my exam. I highly recommend coming here for your eyeglasses.

I want to take a moment to recognize Esperanza and Janet at the Walmart Vision Center because they truly deserve it. From start to finish, they made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. They were extremely polite, professional, fast, and efficient, while also being very welcoming and patient throughout the whole process. They helped me with the transaction, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly without rushing or cutting corners. It’s rare these days to come across employees who are not only great at their jobs but who also genuinely care about the customer experience, and Esperanza and Janet absolutely do. They are the main reason I chose to come back to Walmart Vision Center this year, and I’m really glad I did. They are easily some of the best people I’ve interacted with at a vision center in years. Walmart is lucky to have them. I truly wish them nothing but the best, and I hope their hard work and kindness continue to be recognized. Highly recommend this location because of them alone!!

Me.Nedra was patient, kind, very informative with all my insurance, copay’s and customer service needs, I have a better understanding of how my bison plan works. Hats off to Ms. Nedra, I will be getting glasses thanks to her expertise frame measurements.
