DR. Bencher, Ensures that all his customers receive VIP treatment and will keep the doors open late, so everyone gets seen. Truly concerned about every client's eye / health care needs are met. Selfless commitment to his trade, I have been coming to his office since he opened in Taylor, Tx and would recommend his care to everyone.
Dr. Brencher has always taken his time to explain any issues i have with my eyes and give his opinion as to what I need to do. Him and his staff have all been very kind and helpful.
Dr. B is super sweet, professional, knowledgeable, well mannered & ladies that work there too... Great place to get vision checked & other eye problems taken care of... Worth my drive from Bastrop to Taylor.
I was unsure about coming in for an eye exam, but was set at ease by the staffs kind and professional service. I will definitely come back as needed due to the excellent service.
Using them for years and have an emergency issue with contacts to no avail. Spoke with multiple office staff on multiple occasions, Dr. Via text because he is never in the office and always has a visiting Dr. On call. Still No Resolution will not be returning to Taylor Family Eye Care. Very Disappointing
