From the beginning to the end of my visit, the experience at this facility was extremely disappointing. The doctor’s assistant was unprofessional, displaying a rude attitude and inappropriate manner when speaking with patients. Additionally, the doctor did not take the time to properly listen to or address my vision concerns. Instead, it felt as though he was attempting to rush through the appointment and conclude the session without fully hearing or understanding my issues. Overall, the level of professionalism, patient care, and ethical standards demonstrated during my visit was unacceptable.

I had many issues with new prescription. I visited many times and Jenny was always so very helpful. I went to beach month later and ruined brand new glasses with sand. Again, Jenny to the rescue. Tim was also very accommodating! These two are rare finds in the Customer Service experience today. My heartfelt thanks and confirming my belief in just plain kindness!

The employees were very nice. I wanted a light weight lens, so I got the trivex lens. I have had my glasses 7 months and paid $398.00 for them. My frames were $68.00, so $330.00 went on the lens. They are so scratched I cannot see out of them. I take very good care of how I treat and clean my glasses and at night put them in their hard case. I am not pleased with the lens. Would not recommend this lens. I have gotten other pairs of glasses there but always the poly lens. I have always been pleased with the other lenes.

Visited recently and Paola worked with me and helped me with my frame selection. She gave me information that helped me with my selection and then helped me when they were ready for pickup. Her customer service was excellent. Also, the glasses were ready very fast and the price (TWO pair) was very reasonable! Thank you, Paola and Walmart Vision, Pleasant Valley, Winchester, VA
