Dr. Marie Nazario is extremely helpful and professional. I am very satisfied with the eye exams she provides. Today, I arrived for my 11:30 a.m. appointment, only to realize that it had actually been scheduled for the previous Friday, which I had missed. Despite the mix-up, she was not bothered at all and kindly accommodated me. I have been seeing her for the past few years and have always been very pleased with her care. Thank you, Doctor!

There’s an employee Daniel that’s very rude and unprofessional please train your employees. He made a comment about me wanting free contacts when I asked him for my prescription. Rude !!
Had a family member try and call over the phone to make an appointment. She speaks English with a small Spanish accent and when she asked for an appointment the last over the phone kept saying “huh? I don’t understand. Huh?” MAAM…while my family member had an accent it is COMPLETELY understandable when she says “appointment” and if you just had a little more patience with non native speakers, you would’ve understood her just fine. She repeated appointment several times and the lady kept cutting her off saying “I don’t understand” and my family member felt awful and hung up. I understand it takes patience but as someone who also works with customers all day answering phones, patience comes with the job. Completely unacceptable that this lady did not do that with my family member. Or with anyone for that matter. Seriously get better staff or train them to be kinder.
I had the absolute greatest experience with Wal-Mart and the associate named Tammy! She was extremely knowledgeable. I went to another place that told me my prescription would be $500. Not only did I receive the progressives I paid half the price. I had my own frames. Make sure you ask for Tammy!
I sent my glasses to be made, they were made poorly, I have been calling for a week to schedule an appointment, but the woman who answers the phone always tells me that she will call me back and she never does, I have spoken to her 4 times and she always says that she will return my call, and she doesn't, what a poor service they are giving, they should take action on the matter, I think that we deserve good treatment as people.
