Dr. Nguyen was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with my exam. Really appreciated her patience and expertise. And her art in the exam room! :) Everyone in the front was also kind and accommodating. The best service I've had at an optician for almost half the cost of other places I've looked at in town.

I went in today to get a pair of glasses fixed and I’m so mad at myself for forgetting the woman’s name who fixed them 😭 anyways, beautiful curly hair, green top, green makeup! She fixed my glasses in a flash! I will definitely be bringing more by and I think I’ll be scheduling a vision appointment there soon! Both girls at the front were lovely!

Laura was great! Fixed my bent glasses immediately and so quick! Both her and Christina were so sweet!

I was able to schedule an appointment on a Friday for Monday, that was nice. My PCP could never. They take wellpoint/apple here for the exam, so my appointment was free. Showed up Monday and was seen fairly quickly, the optometrist was very friendly and answered all my questions easily. For an optometrist appointment it was surprisingly pleasant. All the staff here are very nice.

I've had a lot of eye exams, and Alice Nguyen was the best optometrist I've ever seen. Her capacity to use simple tools to assess me was incredibly impressive (I've only been to places with incomprehensible medical assessment machines.) At the end she brought up my needs and the intersection of my means, an expression of empathy I've never gotten from a medical professional. I'd recommend her to absolutely anyone.
