This location of Walmart Eye Center is incredible. The ladies running this department are extremely kind patient and wanting to help the customer. Special shout out to Kelley being an incredible eyeglass adjuster. This is my go to place for eyeglasses and any needs. I have to take care of them. Thank you all very much. You were offering an incredible service.

This review is specifically for Kelley Modisette. What a wonderful person she is and is a woman who cares deeply for her customers. Every time I go to the 192nd Vision Center at Walmart, I look for Kelley because I know that her customer service is going to be a wonderful experience! Thank you dear Kelley for always being helpful, for answering my questions well and for even washing my glasses when I could hardly see through them! Walmart this woman deserves a raise!!! She’s a keeper!!!

Kimberly goolsby was very professional and so kind.She assisted me when I needed a pair of glasses when I came on Saturday. The team was understaffed, and she communicated she’ll be with me shortly, when I met with her she was the consummate professional and she is very knowledgeable and made the stressful process of purchasing glasses very seamlesss and simple. She is a high value employee and made the stressful process with billing insurance very seamless and explained everything in great detail Adam Mathews

Dr. Burns was great as she always has been very happy to re establish with her. Kelly was awesome to work with and spent a couple hours with both my husband and I as we both needed to glasses. Customer service top notch, we highly recommend the Vision center at 192nd Ave.

Worth the 5 star rating. Friendly, helpful staff. Optician was great. We ordered multiple pairs of lenses and frames. Prompt delivery. Adjustments done quickly. One downside, some frames sell out quickly. We are very happy customers.
