Horribly rude and unprofessional staff the night I stopped in. Not sure what the point of 3 ladies working here was. None of them were able to help with printing the copy of my prescription on file. Drove up to the Saukville Walmart (also no eye doctor on staff) and left 5 minutes later with my prescription after the nice man found it on their database.

Very unprofessional. I had my mom take my daughter for her appointment and they never gave my mom her prescription. Once I notice we never gotten one they said they did give my mom one. Almost a year later I asked for the prescription and they still will not give it to me. Keep saying it’s probably expired. Who cares if it’s expired or not. I have gone to other optical places and still receive expired prescriptions. The point is I was never given one in the first place and my child gasses where broken and needed to order new ones.
My experience with WVC was perfect and I’m a huge reviewer so I don’t easily give out 5 stars. I was tested with kindness and respect from Katty Nunez-Mendez from the time I placed my order until the time I picked my daughter’s glasses up about 7 days later. I came here to avoid the large cost that Herslof was trying to charge me, I gave her my daughter’s prescription and she helped me right away. I was surprised at how inexpensive they were. She left me a vm letting me know the glasses were there and let me know the time she was going on lunch. She provided me warranty info as well as letting me know to bring all parts of the glasses if they break. I will continue doing business here but only with her!
Came here to get my prescription updated. The nurses were kind but the doctor was impatient and rude. When I had difficulty with the color chart (due to my tritanopia) the doctor get fed up with me and made me "guess" my way through the chart before saying "you're fine" and all but shoved me into the exam room. When they realized I had interest in getting my glasses there the entire staff became cold and rude.
After years of going to Americas Best vision I changed to Walmart and got a more accurate exam, better customer service. They have excellent prices and are soooo friendly.
