I firmly believe that it should be posted that different doctors arent with walmart and do not take certain payment methods. It's nice that you can use care credit because you dont make enough for to cover having the ability to see, but apparently you cannot use it for the exam itself so that's a really nice surprise I love my bank account being in the negatives because they only take care credit at the register a literal foot away from the exam checkout. It wouldn't be a problem if the charge unable to be covered by my usual payment method was disclosed when I made the appointment or even when I got there, but it wasn't until after everything.

I used to go here regularly. I've been calling at different times for 3 days now and they have not answered the phone. No problem, I will take my money elsewhere.
I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else. The environment here is awful. The women like to talk about the customers within earshot. They make fun of people waiting. There is zero professional conversation. They are so so rude. The Dr (They only have 1) is cold, callous, and has zero personality. He will bark a few orders at you then dismiss you. If you didn't arrive in a negative mood, you are sure to leave in one. It is such an energy-sucking environment. Save yourself from a life-sucking , negative experience , and seek care elsewhere. Preferably any walmart but the Wooster one. I have been a walmart vision customer for over 20 years. This is by far the worst my family and I had experienced.
Edie was my Sales lady and she is AMAZING!!!! I had the best experience and such a fun time picking out frames. I'm so glad I came in on her shift!!!
The doctor here is very kind and has always been a pleasure. I stopped by today with a new prescription to pick up contacts that were in stock. My emailed PDF prescription from the doctor was not enough, it needed to be printed. So.. the associate tells me to head to the photo lab to have it printed (lady at the photo lab was a gem), which took about 20 minutes.. whatever. I get back with my prescription and she refuses to sell me said box of contacts now stating the doctor didn’t sign it. They stamped it instead, and she refused to fill it. I am pretty blind and being without contacts is the worst. Partly my fault for waiting until last minute, but they have always been exceptional with their stocking and even providing trial pairs for a few days while waiting on an order. I am appalled by the lack of empathy, grit, and overall careless customer service she exhibited. Would not even provide a trial pair - that I offered to pay for. With customer service that she provides, you will definitely lose a customer and profit- not like she cares. I’d love to wish her good luck growing in her career… but highly unlikely.
