I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision & Glasses. They have a large selection of stylish and affordable frames, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Meli was exceptional—very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She explained all my options, helped me choose frames that fit well, and made sure I understood the different lens choices available. What stood out most was Meli's friendly attitude and attention to detail. She genuinely cares about helping customers and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her expertise, I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you're looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Walmart Vision & Glasses and especially Meli. She is a true asset to the team!

I went in here for a pair of glasses just to wear the few times I drive at night, I didn't want to spend more than $200. They looked up my insurance & told me no problem, just take the exam & select a cheap frame. Before I left I said. "This is it, right? We're good, no more payments." They assured me that was it. Then 90 days later I received a bill for an additional $130, supposedly my insurance didn't cover everything. Where I come from a Deal is a deal & I shouldn't have to pay the additional $130. The funny thing is that they give you 30 days to return the eyewear so I had no choice to pay the $130. Terrible business ethics, I will never go here again & neither should you.

It shouldn't be fun to get an eye exam and then buy specs but this whole team does it right! It's a seamless operation and I always leave smiling. Dr Crawford and the crew make you feel welcomed and valued every time you're in....that's why we've used this location for years. Milli, Audra and Heather are the true superstars! They provide genuine, intelligent, and humorous help throughout the entire process....and my glasses came in 3 days early! Thank you all!!

Had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center on Fairview in Meridian! Mili, the manager, was super helpful and customer focused. Fast turnaround, great quality, and very reasonably priced for all services which you really can’t beat it. Highly recommend!
