Few months ago the lady that work there told me i had to have my insurance card present in order to receive frame (NEVER HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS EVER) Cool so i ordered a new card and now she’s telling me i can’t get new glasses because the prescription expired . I asked to schedule an exam and she rudely tell me there’s nobody working to do exams. I’ve been coming to this place for years and this is the first time I’ve been rejected. Horrible customer service! Do not recommend!

I've been going to this place for years and I've never had a bad experience. I love the Dr that I always see. She is very thorough and doesn't rush her appointments. At my last appointment I was having issues with contacts and she took additional time out of her schedule to get my contacts fitted properly and I appreciated that very much. I took one star away because of how expensive glasses/contacts are. It would be convenient to be able to get my glasses and contact ordered during my appointment, but I have had to take my prescription and order from another company online.
So far, I’ve only been in to have an exam and order new glasses. I haven’t received my glasses yet so this review is based solely on my experience today. I thought every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. They were also incredibly helpful when answering my questions and patient while I picked out my frames. Everywhere else I called told me they couldn’t get me in for an appointment for 6-7 MONTHS, but this place got me in (as a brand new patient) the very next day!
The optometrist and optician that I dealt with did an excellent exam and fitting. The frame choices were better than Sam's Cub, but not as good as Visionworks. My glasses arrived in good condition, and a reasonable length of time. After having the glasses for approximately 2 months I received a bill from Walmart for an additional $131.00 due to the fact that "they" did not correctly quote me the price up front, and were not reimbursed by my insurance co. I wouldn't have bought them there if I would have known that the total price would be $709.00 instead of $578.00
I have purchased glasses from here for many years. On occasion I have had product issues, but nothing that was not easily resolved. Despite those difficulties, I have always had a very pleasant experience as a customer. The staff has always been welcoming, warm, and accommodating. I’m actually surprised, the type of service is not what I’ve experienced. My loyalty would not waiver if it was a one time thing. The unwillingness to fix my warrantied frame, absence of compassion, told to call around myself, drive far with no glasses, topped off by being told to use duct tape! It might have been nice if they expedited shipping, but no!
