Took our son here and had a great experience all around. The onsite staff was amazing and very thorough. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. The virtual optometrist experience was smooth. The prices were all reasonable and our son found his favorite pair of glasses he’s ever had. Will definitely be back!

Great service! I originally called the Walmart on S Rutherford but they were so rude and would not help me with my insurance. I called this Walmart and within a couple minutes they were able to find my insurance, so I ordered contacts here. They made the entire process quick and easy!

I am so happy I chose this location to get my first pair of glasses! At first, I was super nervous because it was my first pair of glasses that I would have to deal with for a whole year, but as soon as I stepped into the vision center, I was given the most amazing customer service! Samantha was such a sweetheart, she helped me and educated me throughout the whole process and even helped me choose my frames. I highly recommend this location!!!

I decided to try here because of good reviews. Doctor was nice and fast, optometrists also nice and quick. My problem was the receptionist person when you walk into the eye doctor no smile, no hello, she was rude spoke with a mumble, and 100 percent can tell she either hates her job or didn't want to be there. She is the face of company and it was so quiet awkward and miserable being in their. When she took me to the room at first I thought she may be the doctor because she was asking questions and I was 2 seconds from saying I was going to leave because she was just that rude that's when she said doctor would be in. I don't think I will return to this location because the person who is the face was just really rude.

Rainey was a huge help when shopping for my daughter's first pair of glasses. She made sure we picked out a pair that would fit and be durable for a 7 year old. She was not only helpful, but also very genuine. She wanted to make sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond, making our first shopping trip for glasses easy and even fun. Thanks for hiring caring employees, Wal-Mart. Updated: It's been 8 months since my original review and my daughter finally broke her glasses. We went back to Wal-Mart Vision Center since they give a 12 month warranty on their glasses. They had no problem replacing my daughter's glasses. They had the same pair on the shelf and replaced them on the spot. I didn't have to have a receipt. It was extremely easy: walked in, showed them the glasses, they looked us up in the computer and replaced them. It took less than 20 minutes to get her new glasses. Thanks again, Wal-Mart Vision Center!
