Walmart Vision Center

Posted: 08.01.2026 This was my first and last time ordering glasses at Walmart! The glasses came to a total of 234.00 minus the so called mark down they claimed of 101.50, which should have left me with 132.50, but instead, I received a bill of 180.00. I disputed this at the store and they stated only 54.00 was credited bc my insurance would not cover the remaining. I was baffled bc my insurance should not have had any impact on the discount. BUYER BEWARE!

After a week of frustration with Private Optometrist prices - Alecia and Michelle made my afternoon - I could get (2) pairs of glasses for the price of (1) due to my Rx! Both young ladies made me feel comfortable and happy! Great Job!! My glasses are perfect!!!!

Although they did not accept my insurance the prices were very decent! The quality of the glasses were to my expectations as well as the customer service! I would like to thank manager Alecia and her staff for the outstanding customer service provided and all of the suggestions made to find a frame to not only fit my face but match my style and personality. Customer service goes a long way and this store is exceptional!!

I've never ordered glasses anywhere before and walked in and they just handed them to me and said have a nice day. Not fitted... No one ever went over with me what I was paying for... And I was told they made an exception by giving me a receipt. Which still it didn't explain to me what I paid for. Glasses are falling off of my face because they were never fit. It is what it is, but I'll never go back to this location.

Natasha and Michele are so very glad to help us. My GF and I bought a couple of pairs of glasses. Natasha's help was great she got me set up. Michele was very friendly and super helpful. I will definitely see them again and send my friend's here.
