Rude ladies expensive place even with VSP insurance, thru refused to give my husband his PD measurement saying it would go against there license ( Lies) she should of said its there policy not to. All other places do it with no issue. They dont want you use it to buy another pair online. Beware with progressive lens they try to start it too high up on the lens watch yourself. Last pair there lost my business today because of her lying to me about the PD measurement. They also refuse to use frames you didnt buy that day for new lens, the insurance tells you frames every 24 months but lens every 12 months.VSP said yes its done on regular basis.

I had probably the best eye glass experience ever at this center. The manager, Angela, is phenomenal and not only helped me through the entire process, but has such deep knowledge about glasses and insurance. Honestly this woman should be in charge of educating all Walmart vision centers and passing on her excellent customer service and knowledge. I had been on the hunt for Ray Ban Meta glasses and her store was one of the lucky 2.0 Walmart Vision Centers that had them available to sell. She helped me pick a pair, ran my insurance, measured my eyes in the frames, and told me the benefits of getting different coatings on my lenses. She was patient and friendly and made my visit great. I came from two counties away to purchase these glasses and I will gladly do it again to ensure I always have an easy and pleasant experience like I did today.

Called 8 times to just set up an exam with my normal dr. No answers what so ever. I like the dr here but the staff is trash, 14 phone calls later trying to get an appointment, and they tell me the number listed is customer service, when you look it up and its a while different number than is listed, get told with an attitude you have the wrong number and this isnt the number for the eye center

Went in today for my new glasses and dealt with Chelsea, and what a breath of fresh air. These days the art of customer service is all but lost. i am usually a very needy customer to say the least and most people get frustrated and try to rush me away but Chelsea took the time to explain everything in depth and help me make the right choice for my glasses all with a smile on her face. Not sure who hired her but kudos to them, with employees like her you will create customers that come back for years. Way to go Walmart #makecustomerservicegreatagain

They are the worst, I chose a ring and because of my type of prescription I know it can't be a big ring, but I chose some and the lady there told me that those were good. A few days later she called me saying that the laboratory had rejected the But I chose another one, I went and chose others that cost a little more than the ones I had previously chosen. I asked him if I had to pay more because I saw that their price was higher and he told me no, it was the same because of the inconvenience. The next day he called me saying that I had to pay the remaining amount because the rim cost more, when I had told him if I would pay more, he made me go to the store twice so that in the end they gave me some horrible, super thick glasses because my prescription I was high I went to another doctor and she gave me a different prescription and I went and told them I wanted them to be made with that prescription and they told me yes and they told me they didn't give me the same ones I will never buy there again they made me go several times and they didn't let me they fulfilled
