Use to be better. I was quoted almost $300.00 for a simple pair - no transitions, or other features. Went down the street to America’s Best and got the exact same frames and prescription for $154.00. Do better Walmart!

I went in to get my eyeglasses repaired and the young woman there told me with a poker face that she couldn’t fix them; when I asked her for a frame replacement for my progressive lenses, she did not even try to look for a match across their massive inventory and with that lying poker face she tried to extract upwards of $400 from me for a whole new pair of glasses, she was that incompetent and manipulative just aiming to rip me off as much as she could. She spent a lot of time on a paper estimate increasing the cost of new glasses with each feature she could come up with. When I went to the Leesburg Walmart, I got my glass frames replaced in almost an instant for a very reasonable price of $50, the professional optician there knew exactly which frames would fit my lenses.

Had the best customer service experience with Martin. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. This was my first time shopping for new glasses at this store and I’m definitely going to be a returning customer and will he referring this location as well. Thanks Martin! 1000/10

Our experience ordering glasses was fine, nothing special. Actually picking up our order has been a nightmare. It took 9 business days for them to call and let me know on a Saturday, an hour before closing, that they were ready. I couldn't go that day, so I went on Monday since the website says they're open on Mondays. No one was there. So I returned on Tuesday, and I was told they couldn't give me the glasses because no optician was there that day. Apparently it's state law, which seems ridiculous. So I get to return for a third day to try and collect my order. Very frustrating.
