The entire staff is amazing. It truly is a personal experience and you can tell they care. It feels more like a small family practice than anything. Even though they do not take my insurance, I will always go back. **Editing my original post because once again I've had a second phenomenal experience. I went back on a whim to order my glasses on a friday. The care from this team is outstanding. Beth took time out of her day to help me choose a pair of frames, offering her advice on which looked best. While we were processing my order we shared some laughs and it's just another reason why this team is so personable and kind and caring. ☺️

Dr Hatzo is great, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly but the great service stops there. The majority of the staff out front are not very friendly, do not get along with each other, and don’t know what they’re doing. I have been purchasing glasses there for many years and never had any issues until recently. Bought a new pair of glasses in April and both nose pads fell off before the glasses were three month old. I went back and was told by the front staff it was normal wear and tear. I never had that problem with any other glasses I bought there and I am not rough with my glasses. I always buy the insurance which should have covered the problem but didn’t. I was back two times prior to that because the glasses were extremely crooked on my face and the front staff finally got it straightened out only when I talked to the doctor about it.

A definite 100% improvement! I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past here. I recently went back because it’s convenient. I was surprised to actually be greeted by the staff and helped very quickly. The doctor is great but but as usual she is a talker and always behind schedule. One of the staff members Maureen was amazing & personable. The new manager is exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable! He helped me order my glasses. I strongly recommend this place! This kid has definitely turned this place around!

Checkout and just to pickup glasses is very slow,the person working is very polite but she is by herself and definitely needs help. The eye care is exceptional but they definitely need more people. Been waiting for 40 minutes now and still did not get my glasses
