Walmart Vision Center – Tampa

I had the worse experience to just buy contacts! I had the prescription and the only reason I even stayed and dealt with it was that was the only Walmart with the contacts for my son. I usually order online through 1800 contacts! They’ve never seen a prescription from 1800 contacts and she claimed she had to confirm it was valid even though she can confirm the doctor has a valid license when she enters the prescription in her system because I have filled mine at Walmart before! What could have taken 5 minutes, took 30 minutes! I hope they do a little more training to Yismel and Marcela!! Only because you didn’t know you could get a prescription online doesn’t mean it’s not valid! Super annoyed!

They pick and choose who they want help depending on who’s working that day. They guy he is very friendly and will fix your glasses. The other staff members whom are females will lie to your face and I would recommend not even wasting your time. I wish could give zero stars

Excellent service, especially Yismel, a professional, so nice, and helped me a lot throughout the entire process. But in general, all the workers are very good and friendly. I recommend it 100%

I wish I can give no start . But anyways I arrived and the manger OSCAR . Was in the front counter absolutely did not want to help whatsoever. Did not want to even take my prescription. He said that I had to come back tomorrow because there was no one there. What type of manager do you have working at this place. This person didn’t even look at my eyes. He just kept on looking down as I speak to him. honestly he needs to give the opportunity for someone to do the job better than him.

Bought 2 pair of glasses here. Great service. My daughter broke her glasses twice and they repaired for free. They are very kind and helpful. I would recommend them anytime. Prices and warranty follow the WalMart tradition, very inexpensive compared to elsewhere.
