Walmart - You did a disservice to loyal customers when you let Dr. Petro go. This new Dr - Worst experience I've ever had. I should have walked out. She never introduced herself, so I still have no idea of her name. She was unprofessional, seemed inexperienced, unorganized. She didn't take the time to discuss any concerns or any past issues. She said I needed glasses for reading because I'm now over 40. I told her I've had glasses for reading, prescribed from here, for the last 3 years. She didn't know information about acute angles, and if they worsen with age. She only checked my angles after I insisted she check what they were at, even after I told her I had been diagnosed previously. She tested at a 2. She gave no recommendations for further review. She told my son, after I let her know he was color blind (red weakness), that he will never be able to be a pilot, an electrician, a police officer and kept listing jobs. My son is 10!!!!! There were 5 of us seen today and all 5 of us are now needing to get second opinions because we have no faith in any of the information she gave today. SO very disappointed. A waste of time and a waste of my insurance visit.

I recently purchased a set of glasses from Walmart vision center. Both Iva and Margaret were absolutely fantastic. They were so patient taking my order and helped with counseling me on my progressive lenses. I cannot say enough good things about the employees over at the vision department. I will be using them again!

They deserve a ZERO. Glasses were blurry and they refused to fix because I had brought them back more than once to be fixed. I only had them 3 days. I loved the glasses. I also paid extra for this service for a year. They refused to fix the lenses. They also refused to credit me back on my American Express card said only a gift card of $265. I was told people scam them and I was offended by that. They need to be clear about the warranty, and refund the money back to the original way it was paid. Why a gift card? I didn’t want a gift card of $265. Guess they wanted my money one way or the other.

Dr. Petro tried to scare my child with a huge mask and no... it wasn't Halloween at the time. Not even close. It was random unprofessional and weird. There was also a discrepancy with my glasses prescription. I do not recommend.

About one year ago I had both my eye exam and bought my frame/glasses from Walmart in Valrico. When I picked up my new glasses everything was very blurry. The store didn't provide any way for me to figure out why they were blurry, they only adjusted the frames slightly and sent me on my way. I had the frames adjusted twice by them and the frames always slid down my nose. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my prescription, then I realized that while driving, if I lowered my head way down and looked through the very top of the right lens that I could see clearly. I only got about 2 weeks wear out of the glasses and then I gave up and wore my old glasses with my old prescription from a different company; they fit better and I could see better than with the new glasses.
