I had a great experience! I needed an appointment asap, they squeezed me in the schedule, Kim was excellent, she got all my insurance information and itemized my insurance benefits to save me money, and AL was so patient while I try almost all the glasses in the store! Thank you both!

Do not go here save yourself time. Even though they couldn’t help me with my problem that’s not why I’m giving them 1 star I get that but it’s the rudeness that went with it it wasn’t I’m sorry I can’t help you it was well that sucks for you she even said well to bad to me like what? Then on top of it when I went in there they were complaining to each other about their hours and pay. Iv been in consumer services I get venting to coworkers but in front of clients it was very off putting like they don’t want you there go somewhere else where they atleast treat you and your money with respect I will never go back even if they were the last optical care on earth
Although the 1 gal who ran the whole place was friendly and helpful, there is still not enough staff helping those waiting to be taken care of. I was not even acknowledged standing waiting for quite a while while the man fitting peoples faces looked at me a dozen times and ignored me. No hello, no please have a seat, nothing. After that, the appointment I made over the phone was not on the calendar. I spent $420 on my glasses alone, I dont think I will go back. They need to work on customer service and getting mote people to help out the one gal who flies around doing everything herself. Credit to her for trying to keep everyone happy.
I had a great experience the doctor was great. Buffy was very nice and helpful great customer service. Thank you.
