Walmart Visioncenter

Excellent customer service here! Melani was so friendly, professional and so very helpful in helping me find the right pair of sunglasses! Thank you Melani, I enjoyed meeting you and I look forward to seeing you again for my next pair. And thanks to Ana for her professional knowledge on how to take care of them.

Ana helped me today, and just like last year, she was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’m very happy with the service and really appreciate her help. Thank you, Ana! I wish there were more employees like her.

Thanks to Melani, I was able to get some contacts on very short notice! She looked everywhere to find something that would accommodate me, and she did! She was so sweet over the phone and in person, thanks Melani!

Melani gave me excellent service, the customer support is warming and she was very helpful along with Ana when helping me pick out my new lenses, and I even left my meta glasses case and she made sure to put to the side for me cause she know I was coming back, Great Store Even Greater Customer Support and bonding.

I saw Melani 2/13/26, for glasses Walmart Ocoee. She helped me pick out the prettiest glasses very different from what I have worn, color wise. She’s very, very friendly and professional. She really knows her job, she found my insurance in the system really quick, looked at what they pay for as in prescription and that’s what she gave me. I left there feeling as if I made a friend. Thank you Melani, for your kindness and friendliness, she’s a good asset to the Walmart Vision center.
