I had an emergency with my eyes. After calling and going to 4 different eye doctors asking for same day appt… (receptionists not even asked the doctors if they were willing to help me ) I called Walmart vision center and they were so nice since the beginning and doctor was willing to help me to ease my pain .. Obviously I had to wait longer .. but they were so kind.
I was seen both times by Lorie who gave fantastic customer service and recommendations. She was able to identify my frame adjustment on sight alone and was able to help me narrow down my purchase decisions. Would highly recommend.

For my short-sightedness glasses, I opted for several enhancements to improve my vision and comfort. These included: Anti-reflective coating: This minimizes glare from screens and bright lights, making it easier to see, especially at night. Blue light filtering: This helps reduce eye strain from prolonged screen time. Photochromic lenses: These lenses adjust to light conditions, darkening in sunlight for added protection. These features significantly enhance clarity and comfort throughout the day. The standout was Kennie, whose expert advice and attentive service made the process seamless. He helped me find the perfect polarized prescription sunglasses, considering both style and functionality. His friendly demeanor and patience made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, making me feel valued as a customer. The staff was knowledgeable, and the selection of frames was impressive. Just picked up my glasses. Got the transitions for the first time so I didn’t wear them driving home got home and looked at them and there’s a big scratch right in the line of sight. I kept them in the case so there’s no way I scratched them. They came scratched they must have dropped them or something, terribly disappointed in Walmart optical. One lady was super nice but the other lady was pretty rude. She should think about getting a different job or management should take care of that issue. There’s lots of reviews about her. My main problem is the scratch though.
