I had a really great experience here. The doctor was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole visit felt smooth and comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend 😊
This vision center is super duper. They helped both my husband and I with glasses. Arayvis (manager) and Ty offer great customer service. They actually care about the customer!!
If I could give zero stars I would, I went here to get a pair of glasses because I didn’t have a pair and I had just had my daughter. The lady informed me that I would need an exam. So I took my lenses out and did the exam. She told me my glasses would be ready in a week and gave me a pair of contacts to put in, what I thought was a kindness because I can’t drive/do anything without contacts or glasses. Again, I was in Walmart with my newborn. Then when it was time to pay it was double what I thought. There was some type of miscommunication where she thought I was getting contacts and glasses when I was just getting glasses. Fair enough but she flipped out and made me go into the contact room and demanded that I remove the pair of daily’s I was given. So petty. She can’t reuse them and they only last for a day lol. It wasn’t until now when I just got a new pair of glasses that I found out that the glasses she gave me were so POORLY made, that I wasn’t able to see much. And here I thought my prescription was so high, I couldn’t wear glasses on the regular. Don’t go here. Go literally anywhere else
Dr. Brenner exams are not good. She told me I need cataract surgery. I went to other doctor after she charged me for eye exam. The other doctor wanted $375.00 for eyeglasses because Dr. Brenner charged me for eye exam and left me with I can't exam your eyes. I called back and told them they charged me I want my contacts renewed. She gave me contacts that .-50 when I had -70 and i couldn't see out of them. Not very nice. Just so she could get credit for eye exam. She should have not charged me if she couldn't exam my eyes. Greedy and not a nice thing to do and to give me contacts that were weaker than the year before. Don't go. If I could give 0 stars I would.
This is a gritty team but from New York I appreciated their energy and endearing staff. Lots of personalities but if you go in with a good attitude you will surely find an energy to match. Carla had me laughing and easy to joke. The gentleman in the front remembered me even though we did not engage much. Dr. Bremer was darling, very quick and efficient. Lovely team
