I just want to let viewers to know how tremendous and excellent customer service Saida provided to me. I had thought I would not able to get my issue resolved. Saida did it in a heart beat to get my glasses to the point that I'm able to keep my glasses instead of buying another pair. Thank you to Walmart Vision Center in Garland, and all the friendly, kind, and caring employees.I would definitely recommend at this location in Garland off of North Garland Ave. Again THANK YOU!!!

The store associate named Chin was so helpful in helping my dad pick out new prescription glasses. She speaks Korean, if that helps anyone. Definitely come here, they’ve got unbeatable prices and customer service! We were in and out within around an hour.

I had very good service here. The employees were welcoming, helped with glass choices, explained cost and worked efficiently. They have a very good team!

Fred and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. I have a special need with my eyesight and Fred worked with me to get me the glasses I needed. Thank you so much Fred! On another note, this was my first time getting multifocal lenses and these turned out great. Can’t even tell by looking at them that they are trifocals. I’m impressed.

So a couple weeks ago, I called to ask about switching my lenses into a new frame and was told it would be free if I purchased the exact same frames I originally had. After some time passed, I finally went in and was helped by Fred. He looked up the exact frame for me, and I was fully ready to buy a new pair. When he asked why I wanted to replace them, I explained that I’ve been falling asleep in them and they’d gotten loose and stretched out. He let me know he could actually tighten them for me. I didn’t even realize that was an option, so that’s on me. The whole visit was super quick, under six minutes, and most of that time was just me trying on different frames. Fred was incredibly helpful and honest, so I had to leave a review. Thanks again, Fred!
