I’ve had some bad experiences with one of the staff members not sure but I believe her name Is Marcela she’s horrible. Seems like she has something against Spanish speakers. My mom needed help and she said if she wanted to get to the manager she would have to speak English. What’s the point of having her as a bilingual assistant if I had to call out of work just to go translate for my mom. Horrible horrible attitude.

I went to my local Walmart inOxnard California and Eric in the vision center to excellent job measuring my eyes for new lenses and explaining all my options in detail. I highly recommend him and the vision center at this store.

I have been going to the vision center for over 5 years. I have purchased glasses for myself and my child. I have always encountered excellent customer service. I have questions and they take the time to respond to me and teach me about the difference in products. If you want great customer service and save up to half the cost or more, compared to if you go somewhere else, this is your place. Marcella is great and if she is unable to assist you, her fellow co workers can assist you. They are a wonderful group of people.
