I got lenses for my frames over a year ago, service was quick and easy. They even offer lens replacement. I came back today because a lens had fallen out of my glasses. Derrick fixed them and I was out of there in less than five minutes. Super recommend. A++ service.

I needed a simple cleaning cloth for my Meta glasses. The manger of the vision center help me so much when I call. I end up picking it up. He save 2 for me. I appreciate employees like this. I’m thinking about going back for my prescription glasses now. I’m please to say this establishment needs more employees like this.
Maria over there struggling with the self checkout line idk how that's even possible it's the self checkout line lmao
Walmart Vision Center failed on every level—execution, transparency, and value. I came in to replace my old progressive reading glasses. My vision hasn’t changed in five years. I showed the optometrist my previous pair from Costco—premium lenses, $160 total, flawless performance until they got scratched. I asked for the same thing. He quoted me $260 per pair and pitched “scratch-proof” polycarbonate lenses like they were an upgrade. They weren’t. The “scratch-proof” feature is just a surface coating—marketing fluff, not real durability. And while the new lenses are technically clearer (because they’re unscratched), they’re functionally worse. With my old glasses, I could scan a large screen effortlessly—no head movement, just eye movement. With these new ones, I have to tilt my head up and down just to read different-sized text. That’s not progress. That’s regression. And no, it’s not the prescription. The new one is 98% identical to the old. This is a lens spec failure, plain and simple. When I pointed out the difference, the optometrist smiled and said, “Oh, you had premium lenses before. I guess you didn’t order the same type.” No warning. No breakdown. No accountability. Just a bait-and-switch wrapped in a sales pitch. If you don’t audit every spec yourself, you’ll get downgraded and overcharged. I spec’d the job. They ignored it. I paid more for less. And I was stupid enough to order three pairs—different styles for work, casual use, and under the welding helmet. Total cost? Over $860. For lenses that don’t even match what I had. Next time, I’ll stick with Costco—at least they deliver what you ask for.
Valeria was very friendly, and helpful. She tightened up my reading glasses that I need everyday for work with no hesitation. I originally got them at Costco unfortunately Costco will not let me in with out membership also they don’t answer the phone. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VALERIA. you’re friendly service and expertise is inspiring.
