Ms. Jessica gave me extremely kind customer service. Kind customer service is very rare these days. I was pleased with her patience, thorough product knowledge and willingness to allow me to try several pairs of frames until I was satisfied. Ms. Jessica’s knowledge of prescription glasses and options such as transition lenses (photo gray), progressive (no-line for my bifocals), polished edges and rolled edges allowed me to make selections that I hope to be pleased with my new glasses. My experience at this vision center was very good. I got there at my scheduled appointment time and they instantly got me my forms to fill out, shortly after i was called to start my eye exams. Didnt take no more than 10 minutes during the exam. After i picked out frames they got me settled in no time
