Best vision place I've ever been to. Both Harmony and Suzy were so helpful in getting me the correct prescription and appointment. The doctor was very timely, and attentive. My appointment was fast and started the second I walked in (on time). The store associates sorted through ordering my contacts so fast! Will not be going anywhere else, now!

I had an appointment in June 2014 when I needed replacement MultiFocal Contacts (I was on my last pair from my prior prescription from an optometrist in another State). The doctor was courteous and competent, the new contacts arrived promptly within the time estimated and the price was significantly less than what I had paid in the past for the same service and the same brand and type of lens. The five star rating I'm giving them is well-deserved.
I waited quite a while after my eye exam to go back and pick out frames. I was treated well and Maureena helped me pick out two pairs that would flatter my face and seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I hope that after my fitting I can give a five star review!
Because of a 'base curve sensitivity', I had to have my glasses redone. Also, part of the problem was that I could not see well with my new prescription.... so they went back to my old one that was working just fine. This caused them to have to re-do my glasses twice, first to fix the base curve and then to revert back to my original prescription. They kept referring to my eyes as 'sensitive' to this and that, and tried to charge me more money because of the re-do's they had to make. I have been to various eye centers in the past, and never had these issues. I said I wanted to just get all my money back and forget it, then they worked with me on the extra charges.
