I purchased glasses at Berlin, NJ location several years ago and was pleased with them so I decided to give it another shot now that I've become more dependant on them and I'm so glad I did. The optician Susan B. was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in she was very pleasant, personable, and engaging. Even to others that were walking in or needed assistance while I was in there. Thank you so much Susan. I truly appreciate your execllent service and customer care.

Ms. Tammy is the best. She went above and beyond to help me find my glasses. When I thought it was all lost, she came to the rescue.

Had a very pleasant visit with Nicole yesterday. My son who is very curious and all over the place was so scared to see the doctor and she put him at ease. He even stated he wanted to do it again. Overall very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. My son and I will definitely be seeing Nicole for yearly eye exams from now on. Would recommend highly!
