These lenses are pure crap. I’ve had my glasses for 7 months and even had them replace the lenses once already. It looks to me like the coating is coming apart somehow. They tried to say it’s scratches, but it’s not. I’ve had glasses for years and treated these exactly like the others with no problems whatsoever. Paid over $300 and might as well have thrown that money in the trash.

This place was great, now impossible to work with. I agree with comments about the eye doctor. I don’t understand how just a few years ago, it was easy to get appointment or any information needed. I literally had to argue and explain over and over why I wanted my prescription and would not be coming to this eye doctor, when I have been with them since they opened. Well I needed my prescription so my new doctor would have that information. I think the guy answering phones should also work on customer service. Arguing with a customer, over a prescription I have already paid for. You can’t do anything with a expired prescription, written down on notebook paper, other then use it for the information. I am disgusted. It’s not about if you are able to open beside Walmart. It’s also a responsibility to continue to take care of that volume of customers. If they cannot deal with the demand, they should move to a smaller office and continue to serve the customers, client, patients they already have. Honestly even if I order through vision center, I will never go to their eye doctor again.
We were treated like we were someone, nice ppl they listened to our concerns and what to expect. We were most pleased. Kristi and Bob thank you for making this a great experience.
The absolute worst experience I ever had with getting my over expensive prescription that I paid for.. don't expect much from them.
