The Customer Service that I just received from the Vision Centers employee by the name of Paul Hardy and Tammy today was awful. I shop at this Wal-Mart mainly because it’s closet to my home. After this experience I’d much rather drive further to have a better customer experience where I’m spending my Money.
Awesome service. I’ve known the Mgr Paul for a long time, and he and his staff truly care. He helped me and my brother get glasses and they were perfect.
It’s 3:37 pm and the vision center is closed. Not surprised because this Walmart location has the worst service ever. A billion dollar corporation and NEVER fully staffed.
Everyone is very nice in the vision center. Jay was kind about getting my glasses fitted well.
Great experience, Dr. recommended I switch contacts to ones that let more air into my eyes. This was an unbelivable difference.
