Mina is INCREDIBLE!! She is SO knowledgeable, she took us under her wing like family and helped us get everything we needed for my son. We had the BEST experience getting glasses for the first time. All the staff is so kind and fun to talk to, and Mina for sure hit all the boxes on a perfect experience.
Kyle was awesome! Was just running in to buy a cheap pair of sunglasses, ended up with a nicer pair that actually fit my face. He was helpful and friendly, hope you’ll tell him for me!
I came to this vision center because my appointment was cancelled last minute at another Walmart vision center location due to dr emergency. Dr. Crawford was very knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. I really appreciated his opening to get me in and also patient care. HOWEVER, my husband is a Walmart employee. I presented my discount card at time of payment of the vision test, which didn’t go through, and the staff did not recognize any discount. I then went to the other SJ Walmart location to get my frames and lenses (due to my convenience). At the time both employees at that location told me I was able to get a 20% discount on my frames and lenses and should have also got that discount on my eye exam. I called the other vision center location to inquire if they would honor this, only to be told “your discount card didn’t go through”. When I explained that this discount was something the employees inputted for me, the employee’s response with “sorry”. It’s very frustrating to be told contradictory information from two locations only about 5 miles from each other. And that the employee at the gateway location was unwilling to even consider being incorrect about a discount code on vision tests for those with an employee discount.
Mina was incredibly helpful. I have never had such attention given to us in making sure everything was correct and serving us so well!!
Stopped in here on my way to our anniversary vacation because i forgot my contacts. Terry and Penny worked with me and were the sweetest ladies! They were so nice and joked and totally made my day. I definitely needed this today and i got a free pair of contacts! Would recommend them to anyone in south Jordan.
