This is a fantastic store. My wife and I worked with two sales associates and BOTH were wonderful. They provided objective feedback on the various frames we tried and assisted in identifying possible frames to purchase. We live an hour away and they were most helpful in having the glasses shipped to our home. I had purchased a previous pair from this store and we will continue to shop here due to the wide selection, receptive and helpful staff and price!

Misled.Scam. Virtual doctor. I had a very disappointing experience with Warby Parker. I was already hesitant to try the company because, when I arrived for my appointment, the doctor was not actually present. However, I decided to give it a chance and try something different. In hindsight, I wish I had trusted my initial concerns. The eye exam itself went fine, but I am sure this business is fully moving to remote soon (both doctor and tech were). I was provided with my prescription, paid and went on my way. However, when I later went to purchase glasses, I noticed that the binocular PD measurement listed for me appeared to be incorrect and significantly different from what I expected. I returned to the store several weeks later because I wanted clarification and simply wanted to understand what had been recorded. Unfortunately, my experience with the two optometrists I spoke with was extremely frustrating. Rather than providing a clear explanation of the measurement or addressing why the numbers appeared incorrect, I was told that their license was “on the line” if they provided me with the measurement and I did not purchase lenses from Warby Parker. That explanation did not make sense to me, and I was never given a satisfactory explanation for why I could not receive the measurement from my own eye exam. I have never experienced this kind of interaction when obtaining information from an eye exam before. The biggest issue for me is that this experience has made me question whether I can trust Warby Parker's systems and the accuracy of the information being recorded. If a measurement is incorrect, I expect it to be addressed clearly and professionally—not to feel as though information is being withheld unless I make a purchase. I went into this wanting to try something new, but unfortunately, I left feeling misled and very uncomfortable with the experience. Based on what happened, I would not feel comfortable trusting Warby Parker with my eye-care needs again.
Charles was incredibly helpful and kind! He helped adjust my glasses so that they wouldn’t fall off my face. He took the time to make sure everything was adjusted correctly, and I appreciate him!
My first visit to Warby Parker. And I felt welcomed. I was very impressed with the array of glasses to choose from. And I was thankful for the help Holly gave me in finding the perfect eye wear. I will definitely go back to this store for my future eye wear needs. Thanks Warby Parker for making my day complete!
Stopped in without high hopes to find new frames for my tiny face and the two ladies (I believe Holly and Morgan?? Sorry if I'm getting that wrong!) were extremely accommodating, professional, and helpful. They helped me find frames that I love quickly and without pressure. After explaining special circumstances, they set me up with an account to save my frames for later without any evidence of impatience. Thanks ladies!
