Walnut Vision Care - Fenton

I have been coming to this location since 2024, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always exceptionally professional, approachable, and friendly. Yesterday, Doug helped install new nose pads on my sunglasses, and his customer service exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process quick and easy. I'll definitely continue coming here and will be recommending this location to others.

I wanted to go to the store to be sure that I liked the glasses in-person. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated how welcoming they were to my 3-year-old who was with me. They even gave her a coloring sheet and crayons to keep her happy and busy while I tried on frames. Very easy check-out process with the employee and nice they file insurance for you!

Staff was incredibly kind, patient, and meticulous, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Moreover, the store had a large inventory of glasses for small framed individuals like myself. I have never had so many wonderful options for glasses.

Great service! I have a puppy who ate my glasses this morning. I went in looking for same day glasses which is not available at this location but I also wear contact lenses and the representative was so kind as to give me a pair of lenses to hold me until the glasses arrive. The frame selection was great and prices are really good!

amazing experience at this location. drove all the way from fayetteville and was not disappointed with anything at all. every staff member was kind and helpful with any questions or concerns i had. would 10/10 recommend! :)
