Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful in explaining my replacement options. They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. A retiree from TRS using Superior Vision. I went to Warby Parker for my eye exam and choice of lenses & frames. The doctor there and doctor’s assistant were kind and helpful and informative. The WP glasses staff were very friendly and willing to give me help in my purchase. Glasses are expensive, but this place is reasonably priced and better choices than the large warehouse place I used in the past.

Warby Parker is a convenient location, and offer validated parking. Everyone from the doctor to the associates were friendly and helpful, they explained my benefits coverage to me, helped pick some glasses and explained the charges before taking my payment. Highly recommend for an eye exam or just new frames.

I came into this location on 6/3 and the in-store service was great. Placed an order and estimated deliver is two weeks. I check on my order on the estimated delivery date and it ends up the order wasn't even placed. The offshore sales rep says they will prioritize the order. I call a few days later since I didn't receive an updated email and it ends up the sales rep actually did not place the order. I call again and it is offshore again and their mic is picking up all background noises, so it is as difficult to hear anything at all. Through maybe 30 minutes of having to be put on hold several times and the challenges of hearing anything, they were finally able to place the order, but it will be another estimated 10 days for the order to ship. These are prescription glasses that will be delivered nearly a month from the original purchase date. There were no compensation offered for this entire ordeal. After hearing how reputable the company is, I am as disappointed as can be to say the least.

Great experience! Staff was super helpful, was in and out quickly, great frame options and great prices! Happy so far and looking forward to getting the glasses for my kids in the mail!
